Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities for using the service (“Service”) operated by Hanbit Co., Ltd. (“Company”) under the Kyris brand.
2. Nature of the service
The Company is a Korean information service provider (정보통신서비스 제공자) operating medical device search, information disclosure, and quote-matching infrastructure. The Service does not run medical device advertisements regulated under Korean medical law. Procedures, payments, customer service, and shipping remain the sole responsibility of medical institutions and suppliers.
The international patient information portal (/global) is in Phase D-1 (entered 2026-06), which provides information disclosure only. Patient–clinic chat, appointment scheduling, and payment intermediation will activate in Phase D-2 with separate Terms updates. The Phase D-1 portal is not subject to Korean foreign-patient referral business registration.
3. Registration
- Sign up via Google OAuth or email magic link
- Doctors: features activate after license verification
- Brands / dealers / distributors: features activate after company info registration and admin review
- Clinic / distributor public self-claim (/global/*/claim): operators may request verification without registration. After verification, admin links the entity to a user account.
4. Service use
- Members must provide accurate identifying information
- Doctors may only use their own licensed identity
- Suppliers may only bid on auctions matching their authorized categories / devices
- Quote details may not be disclosed outside transaction counterparties
5. Prohibited conduct
- Identity theft / false registration
- Crawling / scraping outside the official API
- Service disruption (DoS, vulnerability exploitation)
- Advertisements violating Korean medical or device law
6. Limitation of liability
Certification and distribution information shown on the Service is auto-collected from public regulator databases. The Company does not warrant accuracy or completeness; users are responsible for purchase and procedure decisions.
Disputes arising after a quote transaction (product defects, delivery delays, etc.) are resolved between transaction parties. The Company assumes no intermediary liability.
Korean clinic / device information on /global is similarly auto-collected and operator-verified. Patients should consult their own physicians, legal counsel, or other professionals when making procedure decisions. The Company assumes no warranty, recommendation, or referral liability for procedure outcomes.
7. Account termination
- Members may terminate at any time
- On violation of these Terms, the Company may suspend / terminate the account after prior notice
8. Privacy
Personal data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
Changes are posted on this page, and material changes are notified to the registered email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing court
Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Company’s registered head office, as court of first instance.
